Water Polo Development Camp Koper is an elite development program for male and female players aged 13–17 who want to improve their individual performance, technical execution, tactical understanding and positional specialisation. The goal is simple: fill the gap left by everyday club work, where coaches often lack time for detailed individual development.

Camp focus
  • Improving individual technical skills
  • Positional specialisation
  • Enhancing tactical intelligence
  • Individual performance feedback
  • Practical coach education

Helping young water polo players become elite athletes through a structured approach to individual development.
